TCAS and EHSI cockpit display TCAS, ADS-B Unreliable in Southeast U.S. Beginning September 2, 2015Sept. 1, 2015 Due to military activities, the TCAS and ADS-B surveillance may be unreliable in the airspace over Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, and extending approximately 200 nautical miles offshore, from 1 a.m. EDT (0500z) Sept. 2 until midnight EDT (0459z) on Oct. 1. Pilots are advised that the traffic alert and TCAS may fail to establish tracks on nearby aircraft and may fail to receive traffic alerts (TA) or resolution advisories (RA). Operators should be aware that tracks may first appear within close proximity to their aircraft, and may immediately go into TA/RA status. Pilots are advised to maintain an increased visual awareness in this area. If operators believe that an aircraft should have triggered an alert, the incident should be reported to air traffic control as soon as possible. This is due to a late notice Department of Defense exercise, and NBAA has voiced its concern to the FAA that these sort of significant impact tests need much more notice to operators in the NAS. The NOTAM numbers are as follows: 5/2817 New York Center (ZNY) 5/2818 Washington Center (ZDC) 5/2819 Jacksonville Center (ZJX) 5/2820 Miami Center (ZMA) 5/2834 NY Oceanic (ZWY)

ADS-B, TCAS 'Unreliable' in U.S. Southeast | Flying MagazineBy Stephen Pope Published: Sep 03, 2015 The FAA is warning pilots flying in the Southeast that ADS-B and TCAS traffic avoidance technology will be disrupted the entire month of September from Virginia to Florida because of "military activities." The National Business Aviation Association is complaining that such testing needs to be preceded by more warning. The FAA's NOTAM on the signal disruption was posted less than 24 hours before the tests started on September 2. The NOTAM states that TCAS might fail to establish tracks on nearby aircraft and may not see aircraft that would normally trigger a TCAS resolution. False alerts, however, are not expected to be triggered during the military exercise. The FAA is advising pilots flying in the affected area to "maintain increased visual awareness" and to treat all traffic alerts as real. If a pilot believes a midair collision was possible and no TCAS resolution advisory was issued, the FAA wants that information to be communicated to ATC.

(Photo: Dan Marsh-flickr) Alert: Air traffic collision warning systems, locators, down off East Coast and 5 states until Oct. 1 – IntellihubDOD GIVES LAST-MINUTE NOTICE TO FAA BEFORE GOING DARK BY SHEPARD AMBELLAS WASHINGTON, DC(INTELLIHUB) — Air Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems ( TCAS) and Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcasts ( ADS-B) will be down or spotty in 5 states, extending up to 200 miles off shore of the Eastern Seaboard, until Oct. 1, according to a NOTAM issued Sept. 1 by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The NOTAM reads in part: Due to military activities, the TCAS and ADS-B surveillance may be unreliable in the airspace over Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, and extending approximately 200 nautical miles offshore, from 1 a.m.
This is due to a late notice Department of Defense exercise, and NBAA has voiced its concern to the FAA that these sort of significant impact tests need much more notice to operators in the NAS.This is immensely concerning not only for the safety of passengers and staff aboard flights navigating the affected areas but for the security of our country as well. In fact the last time we saw similar systems go down was during the attacks on the World Trade Center (WTC) and the Pentagon, Sept. 11, 2001. A traffic collision avoidance system or traffic alert and collision avoidance system […] is an aircraft collision avoidance system designed to reduce the incidence of mid-air collisions between aircraft. It monitors the airspace around an aircraft for other aircraft equipped with a corresponding active transponder, independent of air traffic control, and warns pilots of the presence of other transponder-equipped aircraft which may present a threat of mid-air collision (MAC). — Wikipedia. The FAA’s website explains the ADS-B as an “Automatic Dependent Surveillance–Broadcast (ADS-B) is a precise satellite-based surveillance system. ADS-B Out uses GPS technology to determine an aircraft’s location, airspeed and other data, and broadcasts that information to a network of ground stations, which relays the data to air traffic control displays and to nearby aircraft equipped to receive the data via ADS-B In. Operators of aircraft equipped with ADS-B In can receive weather and traffic position information delivered directly to the cockpit.” One of the aerostats carrying JLENS (Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System) is tethered on Aberdeen Proving Ground's property at Graces Quarters. Two surveillance blimps will be used to detect cruise missiles along the East Coast. (Kim Hairston, The Baltimore Sun)Additionally it may be important to note that a second air defense blimp, or aerostat, has been dispatched to the skies over Connecticut and Maryland. The aerostat is capable of watching a 360 degree field in the sky for approaching space objects, missiles and aircraft.Remain vigilant.

(47) JB Charleston FSSThis is to confirm that Charleston Air Force Base will be shutting down Today September 7th 2015 for 12 hours...Labor Day!!! JB Charleston FSS Yesterday at 07:10 · **ATTENTION** Team Charleston,
The 628th Civil Engineer Squadron has a project underway that expands the Air Base's Main Electrical Substation. As the project nears completion, a major Air Base outage is required to connect the new electrical feeder into the substation.
The outage will impact the entire Air Base from about 0700-1900. The date for the outage is Monday, 7 September, 2015, Labor Day. The holiday was selected to ensure minimum impact to mission facilities. In the event of inclement weather, the outage would then be moved to 12 Oct 15, Columbus Day.
Housing Residents:
If anyone in your household has special needs that requires electrical equipment, please notify Forest City as soon as possible at 843-552-0600
Power outages are inconvenient, but with a little planning and preparation, you'll be able to minimize the impacts to your family.
Here are a few helpful hints:
• Minimize opening the refrigerator and freezer doors. This will keep the cool air from escaping sooner. A full freezer will safely hold food for 48 hours; a half-full freezer will safely hold food for up to 24 hours.
• Keep refrigerators and freezers plugged in, and one small light so you'll know when power is restored. Turn off remaining electrical appliances and light switches until power returns.
• Do not use gas grills, gas ovens, or anything that uses gas or propane indoors. These can release carbon monoxide gas and cause suffocation. Never burn/cook anything without proper ventilation.
• Generators should only be operated outdoors. Never connect a generator directly to the home power/fuse box.
• Plan to have batteries available to operate flashlights and radios if needed.
The best advice is to plan activities outside the home that day. This will preclude your dependency on power and help pass the time period that power is out.
Should you have any questions and/or concerns, please feel free to contact Civil Engineer's Customer Service at 843-963-2392. FEMA Region 3? Recall all the warnings over FEMA 3 couple years back?
Again, at the heart of FEMA 3, Charleston, SC - from Steve Quayle- Why would they power down a whole base for 12 hours?
Steve Quayle Alerts and September 4, 2015Was contacted by my Niece Debbie that lives in Ladson, SC. She indicated that there is a sign hanging on the gate at the Charleston Air Force Base today that states the all power will be turned off on the base on Monday, September 7 from 0700 to 1900 hours. This seems weird to her and to me also. Wasn't there a message sent out this week about air tracking systems on the east coast? Why would they power down a whole base for 12 hours?--FROM MY INTEL GUY--This is not good at all. Somebody seems to desire the shut down of our defenses, so Some kind of sneak-in can be done. The plane transponders being off would also Aid someone to come in and not to stand out at all, a kind of overall “cover” operation. RE: Charleston, SC 2013

FEMA INSIDER SPEAKS ABOUT FEMA BUYING SURVIVAL SUPPLIES - AUGUST 2013 - YouTubeBREAKING: FEMA IS PREPARING FOR AN IMMEDIATE DISASTER -- BUYING STORABLE FOOD AND MORE
Truth Frequency Radio
By Chris Geo
Aug 02, 2013
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
It has been confirmed that the Federal Emergency Management Agency is preparing for an upcoming false flag or a series of major natural disasters, and time seems to be of the essence. As reported by MyPatriotSupply.com, FEMA is contacting storable food manufacturers and survival suppliers, with the intent of buying out their inventory in as little as 24 Hours. This shocking e-mail inquiry (complete with the FEMA logo and contact information) was received by MyPatriotSupply.com and disclosed to Truth Frequency earlier this week. After verification, we have determined the inquiry to be legitimate in nature and that the sender's IP address does, in fact, belong to FEMA. A press release was issued from My Patriot Supply on Aug 1st, stating that they will not fulfill FEMA's request. The following is an excerpt from that e-mail: 1. Break down the total possible servings available for immediate delivery. For example, "averaging 3 servings per meal, 3 times per day, per person = 9 servings per day per person", how many servings can you provide within 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, etc.? 2. Number of currently available meals? 3. Can your current stock begin shipping in 24 hours? 4. Do you ship dedicated truckloads by pallet? If so, how many pallets per truck? 5. At full capacity (assuming all resources are available) how many canned/packaged servings per day can you provide in a 24 hour period?
We at Truth Frequency have confirmed the legitimacy of this information and we have made contact with an inside source at FEMA. We may release more information on this situation as it develops, but we must honor the privacy requests of our inside sources. We have been able to confirm that FEMA is preparing for several possible situations; However, there has been an odd emphasis on man-made disasters (rather than natural), also known as CBRNE events:
1. Dirty Bombs
2. Chemical Warfare
3. Pandemic Outbreak
4. Nuclear attacks
5. Foreign-military attacks on international airports
Also among the possible scenarios was an emphasis on the New Madrid area, with possibly 4 million to 10 million survivors. This is alarming, considering the region is made up of 25-30 million people ; This suggests that only a fraction will survive. Our inside source tells us that the military is ready to respond to the immediate consequences of these disasters (looting, rioting and violence such as we saw in situations like Hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Sandy). The military has also been trained for gun confiscation and re-location of survivors ; However, FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security are still "preparing to care for" the survivors.
It is unclear whether FEMA is preparing for an imminent disaster in the next few days, weeks, months or even years. They could simply be "taking stock" of what the private sector would have at their disposal in the event of a major disaster, or they could actually be preparing for an event. Any way it goes, if history has taught us anything it's that you'd better be prepared because the government is not going to take care of you.

The "radar gaps" that made 911 possible are discussed here in detail. The Air Defense on 9/11: Anomalies and Questions - YouTubePublished on Nov 7, 2012 The systematic failure of every level of the US air defense on the morning of September 11th provides one of the clearest "smoking guns" in the full complicity of key elements of the US government and defense department in those attacks In his new peer-reviewed article published at the Journal of 9/11 Studies, author and researcher Paul Schreyer outlines many of these key anomalies and the way they have been carefully covered up by the so-called 9/11 investigations. This is the GRTV Feature Interview with your host James Corbett and our special guest, Paul Schreyer.

Published on Sep 8, 2015 And here we thought September had already gotten as ridiculous as it could get... now the DoD has announced "last-minute" that a drill scheduled to run the entire month of September off almost the entire East Coast could randomly make anti-collision systems for aircraft unreliable. Gee. Great. Could it have something to do with rising China tensions? Or perhaps that huge pulse signature seen flashing across the planet on the same day? Truthstream Can Be Found Here:
